An exclusive 125 square metre villa spread over two floors and surrounded by a delightful 100 square metre private garden; the Depandance is perfect for accommodating a large family or a group of friends and the garden with its delightful wrought-iron gazebo covered in jasmine under which to spend pleasant moments of relaxation, enjoying an aperitif or a coffee with friends, is a real bonus!
The kitchen
Entering the Villa you will find three rooms: on the right you will find the kitchen, fully equipped and furnished with all appliances, plates, cutlery, frying pans, pots, cups and glasses to set the table for up to 8 people.
The table on the left is the classic Tuscan wooden fratina; opposite is a large living room with two sofas, a TV and a beautiful fireplace.
Living area
Continuing along the ground floor of the villa you find a further living area with a large, comfortable sofa bed and two doors: one to the bathroom (with bath/shower) and one to the laundry room (with washing machine and soaps at your disposal).
A travertine staircase leads to the first floor: parquet floors, a characteristic ceiling with exposed wooden beams and a beautiful view of the Sienese countryside.

On the 1st floor of the Depandance, you will find a living room with a second double sofa bed overlooked by the doors of two large double bedrooms, and two bathrooms.
The first double bedroom, the one on the right, is very large and inside it also has a small study with a desk and armchair.
The second double bedroom, on the left, has an en-suite bathroom.
On your arrival the Welcome Kit contains two bottles of mineral water, italian coffee for moka, american coffee with filters, a selection of a variety of tea, brown and white sugar, fine and large grain salt, pepper, oil, vinegar, disher washer tablets, sponge and washing-up liquid, kitchen roll, paper napkins, grease proof paper, aluminium foil and plastic film.,detergent for washing machine and all necessary household linens.
The garden
400 square metres of private garden at your disposal: adults can sit around a characteristic outdoor table, under a wonderful wrought-iron gazebo in the shade of the jasmine that covers it on the inside, to enjoy an aperitif!
The little ones can have fun playing ball or simply being outdoors!
