On entering immediately to the right is a small but useful laundry with washing machine which then opens up in front to an ample and attractive living area
The ample lounge /kitchen is rendered even more airy and luminous by high beamed wood ceilings and two skylights. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need from a home to home.
The room also is furnished with a large dresser containing all kitchen equipment and table linens and a solid wood table to unite the family around the dinner table .There is also a large and comfortable pull out couch.
Continuing further into the structure on the right the door to the bathroom (with tub/shower ) and in front the double bedroom.
This room has a large window and a charming mezzanine reached by a spiral staircase.
The Welcome Kit on arrival contains the following: two bottles of mineral water, italian coffee for moka, american coffee with filters, a selection of a variety of tea, brown and white sugar, fine and large grain salt, pepper, oil, vinegar, disher washer tablets, sponge and washing-up liquid, kitchen roll, paper napkins, grease proof paper, aluminium foil and plastic film, detergent for washing machine and all necessary household linens.
The apartment guarantees silence and tranquilly and faces onto the garden of the Villa.
